Keeping Up with the Kardashians

Now my one and only sibling, happens to be my younger sister. She is currently a High School Senior, but loves watching the Kardashians. I don't understand this new show...... but my sister loves it, so even I the uninterested common women, found that even I know who they are. However, I never knew just how much people were obsessed with it until last week.

My sister and I of course were at Walmart in the checkout line buying some hair products. (Why is it that when anything weird happens it's at Walmart?) Anyway, my sister and I were fighting which candy we would choose to buy. I was in favor of a Kitkat, but she was arguing that Twix would be better. We decided to settle our argument with paper, rock, ninja! I can honestly say that I won fair and square and I didn't even have to cheat.

The girl behind us in a loud voice declared, "I hate Kris Humphries. I would he would go and hurt Kim. I love Kim! He should totally lose his position and go die somewhere." I had to keep my pinch myself to keep from cracking up. Now sure Kris was kind of a Jerk at the end, but I mean who wouldn't, he was getting a DIVORCE. Do you the rarity of couples ending up in actual amiable divorces, as in let's talk or invite me to your next wedding? It's only about 24 percent.

Besides what I've seen based only on factual evidence it seems that he gained nothing out from wedding Kim Kardashian. All that I've seen is that he gets mobbed and is losing opportunities to play for his team. If we think about it Kim, didn't want to have a baby with Kris even though he wouldn't have minded back when they were happy. The ironic thing is as soon as she dumps him, she hooked up with Kanya and got pregant.

Now if Kris was my brother and he was getting a divorce, and not even before they're done, she gets pregnant by another guy; Yeah, I think he has the right to be angry. Technically, since they are still married in California and California classifies that child under the spouses,  not under the real father's name. Kris could actually fight for child custody, he may be a jerk, but not even he is capable of something like.

It's kind of sad now that I think about, that I 'm blogging about this. It would appear that even I have become a Kardashian follower. "How the mighty have fallen," sigh....
